We got the 10/12" version and it fits great. Got it mostly for potatoes and meat and it's awesome. We used to use the standard lid that came with the pots and pans and we were always creating a huge clean up after. Not anymore!

Fajita night will never be the same! What can I say, it's exactly as advertised. We used it on the peppers and then flipped it over to cook the steak in the bigger cast iron - zero need to wipe down the counters, the backsplash or the stovetop. Great product!

We’ve been using our Spaltter Döms for about 2 years now and use them all the time–more than I expected. One use that I find them surprisingly effective for is to steam asian-style dumplings. We put our bamboo steamer above our deep frying pan full of water. The SD forms a perfect seal to keep the steam in the steamer baskets.

I’ve used the SplatterDom while searing meat and stir-frying in a wok, and I’m very pleased to say that I now have much less post-cooking cleaning of my stovetop surface to do, compared to before I bought this product. The lid is particularly great – it contains nearly all oil splatter, but its vent is large enough for steam to escape so that meat sears properly even while the lid is on for the majority of the sear time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product, and I will definitely buying more as gifts.

The SplatterDōm is a great kitchen tool – The Quartermaster (aka my wife, the Chef) has used it frequently and the LACK of mess is quite noticeable! Adding ingredients to soup, stew, even fried dishes, is easier and safer – splatter free – and the option to hold in the steam for certain things is a bonus! Great work from the Līq team and excel;lent customer service if needed!
