Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products, which undergo a rigorous quality control process. As such, if you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right. We also provide our customers with a standard 90 day warranty on functionality.
Products damaged due to user error or not following usage instructions and/or warning labels (eg: steel wool or other abrasive cleaning products, flame coming in contact with product or causing temperature to increase too high causing damage to unit) will not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Exchanges
In the event you received the wrong item, or if you made a mistake and need to replace your item with a different size or product, please contact us at info@liq-home.com. Items being exchanged must be in unused, re-sellable condition. Items requiring repackaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@liq-home.com.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
Refuse Delivery
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.
UPS/USPS Claims
We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a UPS/USPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS/USPS about any loss or delivery disputes.
Return Policy
We will accept returns that meet the following criteria:
– Purchase was made within the last 30 days
– Returned items must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days from the original purchase date
If your order does not meet the above criteria, no refund will be issued.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact us at info@liq-home.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date to inform us of the missing item(s). Our packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
